I have taken the guess work out of selecting equipment especially if you are just starting out in fly fishing. I promise that if you are not 100% satisfied with the products or I will refund your money.

Our aim is for good old fashioned customer service and satisfaction.

Rods and Reels have a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. 

If a JCF Creek & River fly rod gets broken, even accidentally, the broken section(s) will be replaced for no more than $30 each plus shipping.

If there is a problem with a reel, each will be handled on a case by case basis but repairs will not exceed $50 plus postage.

This guarantee does not cover loss, accidental damage or damage due to miss-use.

Damaged reels can be repaired on an individual basis and in this instance customers should contact JCF with details of the damage, for an estimate, prior to returning the reel.

With rods and reels we reserve the right to replace it with a similar model of equal or greater value.
If you purchase a fly rod or fly reel from us and wish to return it for any reason we will refund your purchase price if returned within 7 days and in new condition.
